"Fun site, but wow, the emails are a lot"
I actually like using pch.com, and it’s fun to enter the games and sweepstakes when I have a little free time. I haven’t really had any major problems with the site itself. The only thing that gets kind of annoying is all the emails and promos. They can be seriously a bit much, and it feels like they’re always trying to get you to click on more stuff. Overall, it’s still a decent site, I just really wish they’d ease up on the spammy emails a little

"Billing was pretty much what I expected"
My bill was mostly what I thought it would be, but there was one charge that took me a bit to figure out. Support did explain it, which helped, but it was still kinda annoying...

My order was mostly fine and I did get the main things I needed, but one item wasn’t the one I picked. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re expecting something specific. Overall decent, but not great. Three stars feels about right.

The odds are laid out clearly, which I appreciate. That said, to me it still feels like the chances are slim, so I’m a bit unsure even after seeing everything.

I can’t get into my account anymore, and the reset email just never shows up. I tried a few times, checked everything, and eventually just gave up. Like, how is this okay? I shouldn’t be completely stuck just because their password reset doesn’t work.

"Felt like they asked for too much"
I signed up thinking it would just be a simple sweepstakes entry, but right after that I started getting a bunch of emails and promotional stuff that felt a little off. Based on that experience, it made me wonder why they need so much personal information in the first place. It just didn’t feel worth it, and I’m not really comfortable using pch.com anymore.

"Easy return, but the refund dragged a bit"
I had to return something from pch.com the return part was painless. The instructions were clear enough, and I was relieved I didn’t have to sit around calling customer service or chasing someone down for help.
The only thing that annoyed me was how long the refund took. I kept checking for updates and it felt slower than it needed to be. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but I definitely got a little impatient waiting, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"My complaint finally got sorted out"
I ran into an issue with my PCH account i was frustrated at first. I remember checking for an update and feeling like I wasn’t getting a clear answer as quickly as I hoped, which made the whole thing more annoying than it probably needed to be.
After a bit of back and forth, customer support did follow up with me and got the problem fixed. It wasn’t the smoothest experience from start to finish, but I appreciated that they didn’t just leave me hanging, and I’m glad it was sorted out in the end.

"Got charged by that PCH thing"
I went on pch.com thinking it was just some games and sweepstakes nonsense, and then I noticed charges on my card that I definitely wasn’t expecting. Maybe there was tiny fine print somewhere, who knows, but it sure wasn’t obvious to me. I had to waste time going through my card statement trying to figure out where it came from. I’m not saying the whole thing is a scam, but it definitely felt shady enough to leave a bad taste. I won’t be using that site again.

I went on pch.com just to look around and maybe enter something, and the main thing I remember is how many times it felt like they were trying to sell me stuff.
Maybe I’m blocking out the smoother parts, but it seemed like every few clicks there was another offer, deal, or little nudge that made it feel like I had to keep going or I’d miss something.
I don’t really enjoy using a site when it feels that pushy. It stopped being fun quickly, so it wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Good site, but the constant messages get overwhelming"
I actually like the site and had a decent experience using it, but the nonstop emails and mailers started to wear on me. After a while it made me feel more annoyed than interested, which is a shame because the site itself is good. I just wish they’d ease up a bit.

I use the PCH app on my phone often, usually when I have a few minutes to spare, and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do. The games and entries usually load okay, but every now and then it takes a weirdly long time just to open one screen.
I’ve also had it freeze on me randomly, and some ads don’t close right even after I tap the little X. It’s a small thing, but when I’m just trying to finish a quick entry during coffee or before heading out, it gets irritating.
Overall, it’s not a bad app, and I still use it most days. I just wish it felt a little smoother and didn’t hang up on the little things so much.

"Too many ads and mixed messages"
I gave pch.com a try, but the ads and pop-ups were overwhelming. It felt like every time I clicked on something, another page, video, or offer jumped in front of me. The website makes it seem like you’re doing one thing, but then it sends you somewhere else, which gets confusing really fast. After a while I wasn’t even sure if I completed what I started. Just not worth the hassle for me.

I’m not sure this sweepstakes is even legit. I tried getting clear answers, but every time I asked something, it felt like the goalposts moved and I got a different explanation. The whole thing just seems fishy and frustrating.

I ordered something from pch.com, it didn’t feel like it was made with no real quality. The picture made it look way nicer, but when it showed up, it was flimsy and just kind of cheap-looking. I can’t say I wasn’t disappointed. I don’t think I’d buy any merchandise from them again.

"Works fine, just feels a little clunky"
Pch.com is okay and it usually works for me, but when I’m using it on my phone the pages can feel kind of crowded and slow, and sometimes I’m scrolling around trying to figure out where to tap because a few of the buttons are easy to miss, so it’s not like it’s awful or unusable, it just doesn’t feel as smooth as I’d like.
